This is, of course, the last phase of a renovation or new construction project. For just about everyone, this is the best part – it is where you (and we) – get to see the results of all our hard work.
CONSTRUCTION SUPERVISION
One of the most important services we offer, we will oversee the construction of your project. We visit the project site periodically to review the construction progress and ensure conformance to plans and specifications. We help you to determine amounts owed to the contractor based on the work that has been completed. And… as soon as we can we determine (and pass along to you!) the date of substantial completion for your project.
